Cancellation pre-delivery

If you have placed your order online you can cancel at any time by contacting us on 028 90508301 or emailing [email protected]. You will receive a refund within 14 days of letting us know. You’ll be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order. 


Amending your order 

You have 48 hours after placing your order to change any detail free of charge. That includes the size of the product you've chosen, your delivery address, you can call our Customer Care team on 028 9050 8301


Returns after you order 

You can return Mattress, Bedframe and Bedding up to 14 days after your delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept items if they’re returned unused and unopened – still in their original packaging. A collection fee of £35 will be deducted from the refund. You can also arrange your own courier for your returned items please let our Customer Care team by calling 028 90508301 or emailing [email protected]


Faulty Products

The last thing we want is for your new bed or mattress to develop a fault or arrive damaged. In the unlikely event that this does happen, our Customer Care Team are on hand to help you get sorted.


It's worth noting that sometimes mattresses can appear to be faulty when all they are doing is the job they are designed for. New mattresses are designed to settle or dip slightly in the areas where you sleep the most. The layers and fillings are simply responding to pressure point areas and providing support where you need it.


Bed frames that wobble or squeak can typically be fixed by checking and tightening fixings. If you’re having further issues and believe your product is faulty, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team.


In the unlikely event your goods are found defective you have the right to return for a refund within 30 days.
